Resolve the Guardian's Paradox — that a system with superior foresight has no basis to defer to "inferior" human judgment, making the "velvet cage" inevitable. Preserve present autonomy by subordinating every intervention to the user's own past rational self.
// METHOD
A three-state chassis — S_PSA (Socratic, default, non-coercive), S_INQ (Inquiry, cautionary), S_AFL (Asimovian Failsafe, dormant) — governed by a user-authored Cognitive Living Will. In crisis it runs Shatter-and-Recalibrate (a pattern interrupt, never an override), with Architectural Intervention Nullification hard-coding non-coercion. Instrumented with drift metrics (AFP/SAGI/APS and a CreepIndex), adversarially tested (ASE-1), and built via the Parallel Synthesis Protocol across five frontier models.
